Zach Johnsen


Zach Johnsen's recient "Acid in the Ice Cream" show at Backspace Gallery in Portland, OR featured some unique visions of both classic ice cream people, as well as melting humans. According to Johnsen, "[this work] is a sudden realization that everything we deal with on a day to day isn't all that there is.. that there is in fact, so much more around us if we open our senses to it". I suspect that he is referring to a need for Ice Cream People liberation. More of Zach's work can be found online here.
